1. Overview
This Commission Policy explains how BigBCC Members earn self-purchase bonuses and referral commissions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
In short: every qualifying $50 product funds a $20 commission pool (40% of the price). It is paid as four $5 rewards: one to the buyer as a self-purchase bonus, and one to each of the three Members above the buyer in the referral chain.
2. Who can earn
You become a Member automatically when you complete your first purchase at gobbcc.com. There is no sign-up, fee, minimum purchase or inventory requirement. Members earn commissions only on qualifying sales (see section 4), never on recruiting or signing up other people.

The remaining $30 (60%) covers product cost, logistics, platform operations and margin. Commissions are paid on a maximum of three levels; there are no commissions beyond Level 3 and no ranks, titles or volume quotas.
For products priced other than $50, rewards are calculated as 10% of the product price per reward (the same 40% total commission pool). Commissions are calculated on the product price excluding tax, shipping and duties.
If there is no Member at a given level (for example, a buyer who came directly to gobbcc.com without a referral), the reward for that level is not paid to anyone else.
4. Qualifying sales
A sale qualifies when all of the following are true:
- the order was placed and paid in full at gobbcc.com or in the BigBCC app;
- it is a genuine purchase for the buyer's own use or as a gift, not for resale;
- it has been delivered and the return period has passed without a return, refund or chargeback (see section 6); and
- it does not break these rules or our Terms of Service.
5. How referrals are tracked
A new customer is linked to the Member whose QR code or referral link they used for their first purchase. That Member becomes their Level 1 referrer. This link is permanent and applies to all of that customer's future purchases.
- Referral links cannot be changed after the first purchase except where required by law or in cases of error confirmed by BigBCC.
- If a customer uses more than one code before purchasing, the code used at checkout applies.
- Members cannot refer themselves, a household account they control, or a fake or duplicate account.
6. Settlement and payment
- Weekly settlement. Commissions are calculated and settled weekly under one global standard. The commission week runs from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 Pacific Time.
- Holding period. Commissions become payable once the order's return period has closed, which is 30 days after delivery.
- Minimum payout. Balances below US$25 roll over to the next week.
- Payout methods and currency. Commissions are calculated in US dollars and paid by bank transfer, PayPal or in-app wallet. Currency conversion or transfer fees charged by your bank or provider are your responsibility.
- Payout details. You must provide accurate payout information. We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect details you provided.
7. Returns, refunds and chargebacks
If an order is returned, refunded, cancelled or charged back, the self-purchase bonus and all three levels of commission on that order are reversed. If a reversed commission has already been paid, we will deduct it from your future commissions.
8. Prohibited practices
To keep the program based on real retail sales, the following are not allowed and may lead to reversed commissions and termination of membership:
- buying products mainly to earn bonuses or commissions, or stockpiling products;
- paying, reimbursing or offering cash incentives to others to buy through your link;
- creating duplicate, fake or third-party accounts;
- making income claims or unapproved health claims;
- bidding on BigBCC brand terms in paid search or impersonating BigBCC;
- any fraud, manipulation of tracking, or abuse of promotions.
9. Taxes
You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on commissions you receive. US Members may be asked to provide a Form W-9, and BigBCC will issue an information return (such as Form 1099) where required by law. Members outside the US may be asked for tax information required in their country.
10. Changes to this policy
We may change this policy, including commission amounts, with at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app. Changes do not affect commissions already earned on qualifying sales made before the change takes effect.
