1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bigbcc.com, the BigBCC mobile app, the BigBCC store at gobbcc.com, and the BigBCC referral program (together, the "Services"), operated by Big BCC LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("BigBCC," "we," "us" or "our").
By browsing the Services, making a purchase or sharing a BigBCC QR code, you agree to these Terms, our Commission Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Membership
There is no sign-up and no membership fee. You automatically become a BigBCC member ("Member") when you complete your first purchase at gobbcc.com. Membership gives you a personal QR code and referral link that you can use to share products and earn commissions under the Commission Policy.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract.
- Each person may hold only one membership. Memberships may not be sold, transferred or created in another person's name.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your contact and payout details current.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure.
You do not need to buy any minimum amount, hold inventory, recruit anyone or pay any fee to remain a Member.
3. Purchases, shipping and returns
All purchases are made through gobbcc.com or the BigBCC app. Prices, product descriptions and availability are shown at checkout and may change without notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties and import fees unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Orders ship from the BigBCC warehouse nearest to the delivery address. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Returns and refunds are handled under the store's return policy shown at gobbcc.com. The return window is 30 days from delivery. When an order is returned or refunded, any related bonus or commission is reversed as described in the Commission Policy.
4. The referral program
Members may share products using their personal QR code or referral link. Commissions are earned only on genuine retail purchases and are calculated, attributed and paid as set out in the Commission Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
BigBCC does not pay anyone for recruiting or signing up other people. Nothing on the Services is a promise or guarantee of income. Please read our .
5. Member conduct
When you share BigBCC products, you represent yourself and BigBCC honestly. You agree that you will not:
- make income or earnings claims, including statements about what others earn or could earn, other than by referring people to our official materials;
- claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease, or make any health claim not approved by BigBCC;
- state or imply that you are an employee, agent or representative of BigBCC;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or share in ways that violate a platform's rules;
- use BigBCC's name, logos or trademarks in domain names, paid search ads or social media handles without written permission;
- create multiple or fake accounts, or place orders designed only to generate commissions;
- resell BigBCC products on third-party marketplaces without written permission;
- break any applicable law, including consumer protection, advertising, privacy and anti-spam laws.
If you post about BigBCC and may earn a commission, you must clearly disclose your connection to BigBCC (for example, "I earn a commission if you buy through my link").
6. Product information
Product information is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. BigBCC products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
7. Intellectual property
The Services and all content on them, including the BigBCC name, logos, text, images and software, are owned by or licensed to BigBCC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant Members a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use official BigBCC product images and marketing materials solely to share products under these Terms.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop participating at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end your membership, withhold unpaid commissions connected to the violation, or refuse orders if you breach these Terms or the Commission Policy, engage in fraud, or expose BigBCC or others to legal risk. Commissions properly earned before termination and not connected to a violation will be paid on the normal schedule.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, BigBCC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BigBCC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost commissions arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to BigBCC in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BigBCC and its officers, employees and partners from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your sharing activity or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice by email or in the app. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
